The mains members of the PhD Juri were Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.uc.pt\/mypage\/faculty\/uc26315\/pt\">Jo\u00e3o Manuel Fernandes<\/a> and Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.universiteitleiden.nl\/en\/staffmembers\/pedro-rodrigues-dos-santos-russo#tab-1\">Pedro Russo<\/a>. The Jury, chaired by Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/sigarra.up.pt\/fcup\/pt\/func_geral.formview?p_codigo=451724\">Ant\u00f3nio Porto<\/a>, also included Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/sigarra.up.pt\/fcup\/pt\/func_geral.formview?p_codigo=202987\">Paulo Sime\u00e3o<\/a> and Dra. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carlamorais.pt\/\">Carla Morais<\/a> (thesis supervisor).<\/p>\n<p>After almost three hours of fruitful reflection on the work, the PhD degree, in <a href=\"https:\/\/sigarra.up.pt\/fcup\/pt\/cur_geral.cur_view?pv_curso_id=1028&amp;pv_origem=CUR&amp;pv_ano_lectivo=2019\">Teaching and Dissemination of Sciences<\/a>, was obtained.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On July 2020, our \u201cCondo Administrator\u201d was tested with his thesis entitled \u201cCitizen Science: public engagement in astronomy research and dissemination\u201d.
